@Shyam Thank you for your comment. I have tried Pav Bhaji and I loved it. Once I even cooked it at home, Baked Pav and all :D it was yummy. I've seen the poha but I'm not quite sure how to prepare it. I didn't know you can make vada with Sabudana, I have only eaten the root before. I'm afraid I don't know much about Indore cuisine, but it's great to know that there are so many dishes to try out there! :D

@Abhishek Wow, so many things to try. I am not so adventurous for street food but Old Delhi always seem to have some hidden surprises. :)

Thanks for your comment Soumya. Yes, I have noticed that Indian masalas are also added in Chinese and Italian food. I enjoy the masalas in Indian cuisine. I'll have to give a try to gobhi, onion paratha and kofte :) Now I feel more confident in trying new flavours. Vada with coconut chutney is just awesome :D

hey, its good to know that you developed a taste for Indian food. We add an Indian, spicy touch to everything we cook, be it Chinese cuisine or Italian, that could be harsh on tongue for foreigners. But we love it that way. And winter is the season for foodies!!
Apart from aloo paratha, there are gobhi(cauliflower), mooli (radish), methi, onion parathas too that are yummy with achar and curd.Veg pulavs, chicken/mutton/prawn biryani, and veg/egg fried rice, chhole, kofte, mushroom curry, non-veg curries and kebabs are worth giving a try.Idli, Dosa or wada with coconut chutney and sambar taste awesome .
