Christmas is a religious Christian/Catholic festival that celebrates the birth of Jesus. You can say that the main event is to attend the church. It’s family time
I’m almost done with the preparations, still few pending things though.
Merry X-mas to the blogging diva–The one & only spanish girl—-many bows to you !!. I hope your light- hearted & jovial posts will continue to delight your readers.
I dont like turkey, its way inferior than chicken. Why do christians eat turkey on x-mas?Any religious significance.
One more question that baffles me – Places like nazareth, bethlehem or any other city in the holy land never get snow ,so why do they show snow-fall in x-mas plays.

Merry Christmas for you too.
Not all Christians eat turkey on Christmas. Some eat fish, chicken, lamb, etc. It depends on family traditions really. I think the snow is maybe because of the European/Roman influence in the celebration.
PS: You can find Abhishek’s e-mail in a previous post.
