To talk about Rajnikanth is to talk about the idol of South India and why not of all India. He is portrayed like the Superman of India in the movies and there are jokes often referred to Rajni’s super powers.
You just need to watch him in movies like Endhiran or The Robot to understand why people love him. He can play a scientist, an innocent robot or an evil one trying to control the world.

I’ve read his biography. It’s called The Name is Rajinikanth. The book follows his life from the time he was born, the circumstances in his life when he was a kid, his rise to stardom, etc. It’s a good story to read, and there’s much in it that isn’t well-known info. Sure enough, the man packs a punch, even in non-reel life! After I read the biography, his status in my mind just rose a bit higher. But he’s as human as any other man.

Hola! Rajnikhant is quite a legend in South India. You can check out The Robot movie, but there are so many really. It’s often difficult to catch up with Indian films coz there are so many!
