Hi Igor. Yes, I’ve seen houses with 2 different kinds of toilets but as you point out, in different bathrooms. What surprised me is that they decided to put both toilets in 1 bathroom!

It’s nice that you’ve pointed this out in your blog. In this country, there are also so many people working on constructions, or on the roads. They’re forced to have their whole family along, because they are in the cities. This means the kids are there, too. If they keep looking at their kids, they can’t work. If they work, they can’t keep an eye on their kids. So many small kids end up wandering dangerously on busy roads, playing with things fallen on the roads, etc. These kids share the same fate as the worker you’ve written about.
Think about the richer people who can afford babysitters but still moan!

Read this post late, but you are mistaken again. Nowadays, so many Indian homes have both the types of toilets. This is either because young Indians are now getting used to the western-type seat toilet, or because there are very old people in the house who have bad hips and legs so prefer to use the western-type.
But they will not be in the same bathroom, but in different bathrooms!
