Changing the TV Channels I stopped at Fashion TV. I just glued to it for 10 – 15 minutes and remembered my life moments when I was on the other side of the world. Everything was so different and it seems so unreal while you are living on this side of the world. Watching the designs of the Italian designers with tall and thin models. The French and Spanish beaches on the Fashion TV with semi clad women (of course the Indian TV channel doesn’t show the real Fashion TV here in India, they show only what is covered) reminded me the good old times. The meaning of fashion is restricted to clothes only rather than the style of living or dressing.

I just saw the documentary of the BBC called Secret Lives “Middle East Taboos” with the title Operation Virginity. I guess you can understand with the title of the program what was it all about. The women which were shown in the documentary confessed that they lost their virginity at the age of 14-16. Wow can you imagine, I thought it was only the west which was labeled the early age virginity looser but after watching the program I think it’s same all across the world but it’s just that it’s secretly guarded by the society.
Some of the women who lost their virginity went to Paris to repair and reconstruct their hymen which was very surprising because they said they were so scared that if their family knew about it they will certainly kill them in the name of honor and even if their family didn’t kill them, they will never get marry as the society accept the sexual experience of men but they can’t accept a woman to have it.
