Yes, it’s not cold anymore and not horribly hot yet. You can say we have few weeks of spring in India, well kind of, because it can get really hot an noon. At least I feel it. The holiday season is officially over. Guests are gone and today hubby and I wrapped all the Christmas decorations and suddenly our home seems so dull. But it’s okay, now it’s time to get back to work.
These few days have been really cold and foggy too. It’s that time of the year to wear thermal clothes, and drink hot chocolate.

During the last months inflation has gone up, up and up. Prices are skyrocketing and now everything seems more expensive than before. Surprisingly, the government has decided to allow multi-brand foreign retails to invest 51% in India and 100% investment for single brands. The Indian advertisements always make me laugh. The other day I watched this Airtel ad and found it very amusing.
Shows a guy with a very limited budget: Rs. 285 (5.82 USD) on what I assume is a date with 2 girls at a restaurant. Now, what can you possibly buy at a restaurant with that kind of budget and for 3 people. The girls wanted some “expensive” dishes like pasta napolitana and Thai green curry but the waiter tells them very seriously that such dishes are not available ha ha.
